WINTER IN THE PITZTAL

Welcome to the snow playground

Fairy-tale snowy, so much snow as only existed in childhood, crystal clear air and a view that takes your breath away - winter in the Pitztal is an absolute highlight not only for skiers and snowboarders.

If you prefer to take it easy or simply enjoy the beauty of nature, you will also find absolute relaxation in soothing silence off the slopes.

For tourers the Wildspitze (3770 m), the highest mountain in North Tyrol, is an absolute must. Cross-country skiers in the Pitztal complete their healthy high-altitude training and can always look forward to perfectly groomed trails, even at the bottom of the valley. Winter hikers and snowshoe trekkers can hike here for hours without meeting a soul, while ice climbers scale the icy waterfalls of the Pitztal.

Snow-covered villages, white forests and majestic peaks: anyone who comes to the Pitztal will experience winter as it used to be.

The Pitztal with its three skiing areas is guaranteed to offer the right programme for everyone.
