Alpine flair accompanies you through the whole house. Bathing bags with hand and bath towels can be found in all rooms. Cosy bathrobes can be borrowed for a fee at our reception.

Unfortunately, the topic of price increases has not left us unscathed. Due to all the price increases, we also had to raise our prices a little. However, this does not mean that our services will be lowered - on the contrary. Quality has the highest priority for us and you will receive but also more additional services.
From now on, demand will determine the price. We have opted for a flexible pricing system that is based on the requested period, demand and capacity utilisation - for all early bookers, this means that the earlier you book, the better the price.

- The prices are per person and day (from 16 years) including the Sonnblick-Verwöhn services plus local tax. From 01 November to 30 April the local tax is € 3.00.
from 01 May to 31 October the local tax is € 2,00 per person and day. - Different bid prices cannot be accumulated.
- Your holiday home is at your disposal on the day of arrival from 14.00 o'clock. In case of arrival after 18.00 o'clock we ask for a short feedback - also concerning the meal.
- On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the rooms by 10.00 am.
- We ask for your understanding that we charge the full room rate in case of early departure or late arrival. The Austrian hotel law regulations with jurisdiction Imst/Tyrol apply.
- With the publication of the current price list all previous prices lose their validity.
- Your booking is only binding once it has been confirmed by us in writing.
- After receipt of the booking confirmation, a deposit of 20 % of the total amount due.
- We reserve the right to make changes in price, offer and program at any time.
