That's why our Gourmet workshop – that's what we call our kitchen team - day after day, conjuring up a wonderful breakfast in the morning and a five-course meal in the evening. Fresh ingredients, a pinch of creativity and clean craftsmanship characterise the team around Chef Wendelin .

Relaxing at the breakfast table, starting the day in peace and quiet with a view of the Pitztal mountains - that's a holiday. In the new PleasureZone our guests enjoy all kinds of bread from the bakery of our local baker. White bread, brown bread and wholemeal bread, sausage and cheese specialities, egg dishes, jams - home-made, honey, butter, margarine, various cereals, fruit, juices, teas, coffee and much more are available. We attach great importance to products from our region.
In the evening you can enjoy the variety of Tyrolean, Austrian, but also international cuisine at the cosy restaurant in the Pitztal and a 5-course menu. Every day you start with a buffet rich in market-fresh salads with homemade dressings. The young kitchen team at Sonnblick pays attention to quality and sustainability, from purchasing to preparation to service. Mainly the following ingredients are used regional and seasonal Ingredients.
True to the motto "Enjoyment with a direct view of the most beautiful end of the valley in the world", our spacious sun terrace invites you to linger. Choose from our à la carte menu from 12.00 noon to 5.00 pm or enjoy a good glass of wine or a cup of coffee, served by our friendly staff. In the evening you can meet at our new GoldBar. Our service crew mixes long drinks, spoils you with selected fine spirits and serves fine wines from the well-stocked Wine cellar.

However, not only tasty dishes, but also the atmospheric Ambience of our dining rooms and parlours make every meal a feast. The panoramic view of the most beautiful end of the valley in the world, the 3,159-metre-high Mittagskogel, which you can admire from the rooms, is anything but ordinary.
Our trained staff will be happy to advise you when it comes to a good drop from our in-house wine cellar. Wine cellar goes. At our GoldBar or in one of our cosy lounges to round off your day. Interesting conversations often take place here, you "gossips" and "huangartet", as they say here in the Pitztal. People come together and sometimes new friendships are made.
